1. What Cookies Are and Why We Use Them

Cookies are small text files (and similar identifiers) stored on your device when you visit a site. [BRAND] uses them to keep you signed in, remember your choices, understand how the site is used, and support payment flows. Some are set by us; some are set by the services we use (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Stripe).

3. Consent: How Cookies Are Allowed

  • EEA and UK visitors: non-essential cookies (Analytics) load only after you opt in through the consent banner. Your choice is stored in the consent record.
  • US visitors: cookies are disclosed here; you can opt out through browser settings, the vendor tools in section 4, or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — we treat GPC as a valid opt-out.
  • Whatever you choose, we keep a record of the consent decision.

4. How to Manage Cookies

  • Consent banner — change your choice anytime (EEA/UK).
  • Browser settings — block or delete cookies; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies breaks sign-in and the client portal.
  • Google Analytics: the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on — https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Microsoft Clarity: opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance tool at https://optout.aboutads.info/ (select Microsoft); Clarity also honors GPC. Source: Microsoft Clarity FAQ (learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/faq), verified 2026-10-31.

5. Updates to This Policy

When the cookies we use change, we update this policy and its date. Material changes get notice per the Privacy Policy (section 14). Questions: support@clientportal.example [域名待确认].
